White Oak Springs - Walking Trails (provided by MUD District # 248)
Generously provided for free to all residents of White Oak Springs to
enjoy some exercise and peaceful recreational.
The rules are simple & posted on the entrance signs:
* Use trail at your own risk
* Park is open dawn to dusk
* No bike riding, skate boarding,
roller blading or motorized vehicles
* No fishing or swimming
* All dogs on a leash
COVID 19 - Stay Safe This Thanksgiving
As Thanksgiving Day approaches, it is essential to be thinking about the risks involved in typical Thanksgiving activities and take appropriate steps to prevent exposing yourself to COVID-19. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has categorized the risk of some Thanksgiving activities:
Lower risk activities:

Having a small dinner with only people who live in your household

Preparing traditional family recipes for family and neighbors, especially those at higher risk of severe illness from COVID-19, and delivering them in a way that doesn’t involve contact with others

Having a virtual dinner and sharing recipes with friends and family

Shopping online rather than in person on the day after Thanksgiving or the next Monday
-
Watching sports events, parades, and movies from home
Moderate risk activities:

Having a small outdoor dinner with family and friends who live in your community

Visiting pumpkin patches or orchards where people use hand sanitizer before touching pumpkins or picking apples, wearing masks is encouraged or enforced, and people are able to maintain social distancing

Attending small outdoor sports events with safety precautions in place
Higher risk activities:

Going shopping in crowded stores just before, on, or after Thanksgiving

Participating or being a spectator at a crowded race

Attending crowded parades

Using alcohol or drugs, which can cloud judgment and increase risky behaviors

Attending large indoor gatherings with people from outside of your household

* scanning and emailing your proxy back to APM,
* postal mail to APM,
* or by Website virtual voting.
All voting is sent directly to APM to counts.

Hello Neighbors,
Keep returning to the Website for important information on the 2020 Annual Elections in October.
Due to COVID-19 these elections WILL be virtual this year.
Below is the process for this election:
* There will be 2 board positions open for voting in Oct 2020 (Come-Join-The-Board!!!)
* Nominations Ballots mailed out to homeowners with a return-by-date deadline
* Nominees uploaded short video or speech to be added to website for each candidate
(Instructions will be provided to nominees on the ballot so get your speech or video ready!!!)
* Absentee Proxy forms will be mailed out to each homeowner,
(which can be scanned and emailed or mailed by postal service back to APM)
* Voting will take place either by Website Voting, scanned email attachment, or by mailed in proxies.
* Voting by website will be open for 1 week, (Website voting tab is under construction)
* All votes will be confirmed and tallied up by Action Property Management for fair voting counts
* Candidates elected will be announced on the Website & contacted by current HOA President.
* New HOA Board will elect and appoint each board position for the year 2020-2021
* HOA Board positions will be updated in the HOME tab on the Website under "Board of Directors"
