NEIGHBORHOOD ALERT!!!!!!!
November 21, 2021:
Reported by our neighbors on Sunday, Nov 21, 2021. Our front marquee was vandalized and our two spotlights were completely torn out of the electrical receptacles and taken.
Our power to both the front marquee and the flag pole is completely out.
The HOA is hiring an electrician to come out and check out the status of the front power and to CAP/Secure the front marquee spotlights at this time. We will work to return power to the front marquee power outlet for our Christmas Decorations, but will leave the two spotlights CAPPED until the new year.
As an HOA Community, when our subdivision is damaged or vandalized, all of us as homeowners pay for the repairs. Our insurance deductible is higher than the repairs themselves, so there is no benefit to opening a new claim for this, as it may cause our premiums to increase. The HOA Board will report this to the non-emergency Sheriff's number so that there is a police report on record of the vandalism/theft.
If anyone has any information on this vandalism/theft or any questions regarding this, please email the HOA Board at WOSHOABoard@gmail.com and we will response within 48 hours.

This year's Easter Egg Hunt was another great success.
Special thanks go out to Erika Pena Valdez and Aldo Garcia for all their hard work in setting this all up, stuffing all the eggs, preparing the music, crafts, fun and games and doing a wonderful job with the emceeing. Special thanks to our volunteers

Aldo also gave a speech of appreciation to the MUD248 board for giving White Oak Springs the walking trails, and a picture frame was presented to MUD248 Vice-President Marie Godard. The picture will get hung in the MUD248 boardroom where monthly meetings are held. Adults signed the thank-you card that will be sent to the MUD248 attorney to share with all 5 board MUD248 members. A picture of Marie Godard with the picture frame and the thank-you card is included in the Album.

enjoy some exercise and peaceful recreational.
The rules are simple & posted on the entrance signs:
* Use trail at your own risk
* Park is open dawn to dusk
* No bike riding, skate boarding,
roller blading or motorized vehicles
* No fishing or swimming
* All dogs on a leash

Notice from Bonaire Board:
The pool tags are $260 for the first time. They get two key fobs to the pools. The next year for renewal it is $150 I believe. I can not remember the actual amount for renewal.
