December 7, 2023:
f this flyer has been left at your door, we've been advised that it is a scam, possibly a "water filtration sales flyer". Several residents have contacted APM and the HOA Board to let us know about it. One homeowner called our White Oak Springs water company (MUD248) and was told they didn’t send a letter out. Fishy? She requested it be posted on the website if it is a scam, so all are made aware. Thank you, Jane, for bringing this to everyone's attention.

Notice from Bonaire Board:
The pool tags are $260 for the first time. They get two key fobs to the pools. The next year for renewal it is $150 I believe. I can not remember the actual amount for renewal.
